A New Beginning

And here comes the answer: “Relax. Relax. Where God is there is freedom, freedom from the idea of problems.

The rest must be an inner joy between you and God. But the joy must come from God to you.

Joy for no reason is remembering all that has and is given in my awareness of the dream, that ignition point of being awake and aware, it is just me in all possible experiences of space and time.

A new beginning is ever present, in each tick of time I am a new beginning the Father gives the Son returns.

To be alone is to be separated from infinity, but how can this be if infinity has no end? No one can be beyond the limitless, because what has no limits must be everywhere.

There are no beginnings and no endings in God, Whose universe is Himself. Can you exclude yourself from the universe, or from God Who is the universe?

I and my Father are one with you, for you are part of us. Do you really believe that part of God can be missing or lost to Him?

Can what has no beginning really end? The world will end in an illusion, as it began.

Yet will its ending be an illusion of mercy. The illusion of forgiveness, complete, excluding no one, limitless in gentleness, will cover it, hiding all evil, concealing all sin and ending guilt forever.

The point of return

The point of return is the awareness as a responsibility of the miracle worker to be the action of self-recognition through his brother as the Holy Son of God.

It is not possible to convince the unknowing that they know. From their point of view it is not true.

Yet it is true because God knows it. These are clearly opposite viewpoints on what the "unknowing" are.

To God, unknowing is impossible. It is therefore not a point of view at all, but merely a belief in something that does not exist.

It is only this belief that the unknowing have, and by it they are wrong about themselves. They have defined themselves as they were not created.

Their creation was not a point of view, but rather a certainty. Uncertainty brought to certainty does not retain any conviction of reality.

The acceptance of the Atonement by everyone is only a matter of time.

This may appear to contradict free will because of the inevitability of the final decision, but this is not so.

You can temporize and you are capable of enormous procrastination, but you cannot depart entirely from your Creator,

Who set the limits on your ability to miscreate. An imprisoned will engenders a situation which, in the extreme, becomes altogether intolerable.

Tolerance for pain may be high, but it is not without limit. Eventually everyone begins to recognize, however dimly, that there must be a better way.

As this recognition becomes more firmly established, it becomes a turning-point. This ultimately reawakens spiritual vision, simultaneously weakening the investment in physical sight.

The alternating investment in the two levels of perception is usually experienced as conflict, which can become very acute. But the outcome is as certain as God.

The Star

The three wise man Caspar, Melchior and Balthasar, in the time of Christ knew a a child was born that was One who must be a great and mighty being.

His star blazed the sky. And so they set out together to find this child to follow that star. Thew power of decision is ever present to activate me to an new experience of a greater magnitude

No man exists unless he knows there is another world, another state of mind in which he is at home.
It is a symbolic story that we also are these three wise persons, we know about another world, each individual knows that there is something greater then the world he sees in all its forms.

And so search we must. The search is inevitable because the ego is part of your mind, and because of its source the ego is not wholly split off, or it could not be believed at all.

For it is your mind that believes in it and gives existence to it. Yet it is also your mind that has the power to deny the ego's existence, and you will surely do so when you realize exactly what the journey is on which the ego sets you.

the revelation of principles

In A Course in Miracles, we as Teachers of God are given 50 principles of miracles.

A frame of certainty, of an unshakeable magnitude to remember who I Am, and so return to peace and harmony when I am lost in the spacial references of my mind, to remember 50 solid ideas that give light and strenght.

These 50 principles of miracles reveal a bases of mind training to redirect my mind when my mind wanders away to the dream stories of the past.

Let me present here some of these principles that bring a simplicity to my awareness when in an instant I seem to loose my communication with my creative source.

These timeless ideas are an ever present guidance in the drama of space and time.

There is no order of difficulty in miracles. One is not "harder" or "bigger" than another. They are all the same. All expressions of love are maximal.



Miracles as such do not matter. The only thing that matters is their Source, Which is far beyond evaluation.


Miracles occur naturally as expressions of love. The real miracle is the love that inspires them. In this sense everything that comes from love is a miracle.


All miracles mean life, and God is the Giver of life. His Voice will direct you very specifically. You will be told all you need to know.


Miracles are habits, and should be involuntary. They should not be under conscious control. Consciously selected miracles can be misguided.


Miracles are natural. When they do not occur something has gone wrong.


Miracles are everyone's right, but purification is necessary first.

The Great Rays

In Lesson 360 of the workbook of A Course in Miracles it gives us as teachers of God this idea:" I am Your Son, forever just as You created me, for the Great Rays remain forever still and undisturbed within me."

The key difference, of course, is that the Great Rays in the Course do not just shine from religious saints or masters; they shine from everyone.

Think what it would do to your view of someone if you saw vast pure white rays shining from that person and reaching all the way "to infinity" and "to God."


This, in fact, is the focus of the Course's discussions of the Great Rays. Those discussions are primarily about how to see our brothers truly.

Out of the nine discussions of the Great Rays in the Course, five are about how to see our brothers. A consistent pattern can be discerned in those five, one that is composed of three stages.

First, we see our brothers primarily as bodies, which also means we see them as sinful, for bodies, as we know, do a lot of misbehaving. Second, we begin to see the "little spark" in them.

This suggests at first seeing just a tiny spark of the divine light in them, just a tiny gleam of holiness. This is how we heal others: "Perceiving the spark will heal" The Course asks you to "put all your faith" in this spark in your brother

The process doesn't end with seeing the little spark, however, for "the little spark…holds the Great Rays within it" and therefore "this spark cannot be limited long to littleness" 

As you look on it, it will inevitably grow into the Great Rays. You will begin to see the Rays shining out from it.

Now the light you see in your brother is no longer a tiny spark but rather immense Rays. "If you but see the little spark you will learn of the greater light, for the Rays are there unseen"

You have found your brother, and you will light each other's way. And from this light will the Great Rays extend back into darkness and forward unto God, to shine away the past and so make room for His eternal Presence, in which everything is radiant in the light.

Christmas and the end of Time

Your world of tomorrow will be the same as your world today, except in proportion as a touch of the Christ is realized.

Once the Christ is realized and felt in the kingdom within, it manifests in the outer world in every form necessary to your daily harmony.

Occasionally this Divine Spiritual Impulse, the Christ, appears as more pronounced in an individual here and there, but It exists in the consciousness of every individual on the face of the globe.

There comes a specific period in the life of each individual when he comes to the place of spiritual annunciation in which the Christ is conceived, nurtured, developed, until, on Christmas Day, the Child is born; or, in other words, the Presence of the Christ is realized.

The birth of the Christ does not chronologically occur on the twenty-fifth of December, nor geographically in the Holy Lands, but, rather, it takes place in the uplifted consciousness of the individual.

It is this uplifted consciousness that is the Holy City – the city that is called “Sought out” – the birthplace and dwelling place of the Christ.

Wherever this Spirit of God appears in human consciousness, all the blessings and prophecies regarding the rich fruitage of the Christ are made evident.

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF CHRISTMAS

Christmas is the revelation made two thousand years ago that God had planted in every human consciousness from the very beginning the seed that was to evolve as His Son.

This seed – a spiritual influence, a spiritual power – which evolves as the son of God has been planted in consciousness of every single individual ever born into human experience.

 No one escapes it. No one has ever existed, or exists now, or ever will exist, without this seed having been implanted in his consciousness and which develops as the son of God in you.


This seed that lies buried within us will remain a seed forever without developing or evolving until it receives nourishment. That nourishment is recognition.

The moment that I look upon you and realize that within you is the son of God, the moment I recognize the son of God in you, I become the food, the sunshine, the rain to that seed to you.

Every time that we see an individual and realize – without expressing it, without writing it – “there too is the grace of God, there too is the son of God, the grace of God is within him,” then we become a “light unto the world.”

By recognizing the indwelling Christ in friend and foe, you release the imprisoned splendor.

The Christ Child

Christ is the symbol that the time of learning now is over.

The goal of the Atonement has been reached.

When as Teachers of God we stand together in that certainty, we are the Brotherhood in which we bring this one vision to all


Being in the Brotherhood and Fatherhood there is nothing that can entice us to forget that purpose and function in all that we see and do ..we walk with Christ and bring this Light in all our doing.

The Holy Spirit reaches from the Christ in you to all your dreams, and bids them come to Him, to be translated into truth.


He will exchange them for the final dream which God appointed as the end of dreams.

For when forgiveness rests upon the world and peace has come to every Son of God, what could there be to keep things separate, for what remains to see except Christ's face?



And how long will this holy face be seen, when it is but the symbol that the time for learning now is over, and the goal of the Atonement has been reached at last?

So therefore let us seek to find Christ's face and look on nothing else. As we behold His glory, will we know we have no need of learning or perception or of time, or anything except the holy Self, the Christ Whom God created as His Son.

Ring The Bells....

The Bells are ringing to announce The Birth of Jesus. All around the world the bells will ring sounding this ever renewing memory back into our awareness in joy and peace. 

That at last a savior is born. Jesus shows us the way to only remember that Our Father is our true creative source.

Jesus is still through us the demonstration that this world cannot imprison us when we as Teachers of God are the witness to being The Holy Son of God.

A Course in Miracles is our language to express the certainty that all ideas of mistakes have been corrected through the Hoily Spirit , who holds all corrections before us and it is our acceptance that brings the experience that it is accomplished for all mankind.

The Holy Encounter

Glory to God in the highest, and to you because He has so willed it.

Ask and it shall be given you, because it has already been given. Ask for light and learn that you are light.

If you want understanding and enlightenment you will learn it, because your decision to learn it is the decision to listen to the Teacher Who knows of light, and can therefore teach it to you.

There is no limit on your learning because there is no limit on your mind. There is no limit on His teaching because He was created to teach. Understanding His function perfectly He fulfills it perfectly, because that is His joy and yours.

To fulfill the Will of God perfectly is the only joy and peace that can be fully known, because it is the only function that can be fully experienced.
 
When this is accomplished, then, there is no other experience. Yet the wish for other experience will block its accomplishment, because God's Will cannot be forced upon you, being an experience of total willingness.
 
The Holy Spirit understands how to teach this, but you do not. That is why you need Him, and why God gave Him to you.
 
Only His teaching will release your will to God's, uniting it with His power and glory and establishing them as yours. You share them as God shares them, because this is the natural outcome of their being.

Travelling in Time

We travel in Time. Yes even in the fabric of space/time, a self made dream, an interpretation of our observation we travel in varies speeds.

Sometimes 3 minutes is so long and 3 hours speed past depending on our acceptance or rejection of ourselves.

But we are unable to break the barrier of gravity in which our thoughts are binding us as human beings, a specie trapped seemingly in the idea of being separate of God.

All dream sequences are a trying to break the boundary of our containment, an endless repetition until it dawns unmistakenly that it is futile.

A glorious instant, an  acknowledgement that a greater power will restore me to sanity, A Course in Miracles is the idea that I am not bound by gravity, that I Am the Light of the World and that as Light I can travel to all the spaces of the past Here and Now.

When I join with my Brother, I travel to other stairs, vibrations of memory patterns revealing only the Love of God

Yet when two or more join together in searching for truth, the ego can no longer defend its lack of content. The fact of union tells them it is not true.

The plan of God is awesome in its recognition

God's plan is simple; never circular and never self-defeating.

He has no Thoughts except the Self-extending, and in this your will must be included. Thus, there must be a part of you that knows His Will and shares it.

It is not meaningful to ask if what must be is so. But it is meaningful to ask why you are unaware of what is so, for this must have an answer if the plan of God for your salvation is complete.

And it must be complete, because its Source knows not of incompletion.

My Fathers House has many Mansions

In all the places as time and space of my mind I am its King. Until I saw  how cruelly I ruled myself and the world I seemed to live in. No location was ever a home in which I found myself in rest and peace.

In A Course in Miracles I was given this idea.

Error cannot really threaten truth, which can always withstand it. Only the error is actually vulnerable.

You are free to establish your kingdom where you see fit, but the right choice is inevitable if you remember this: Spirit is in a state of grace forever Your reality is only spirit.
Therefore you are in a state of grace forever.'

Then I discover that I am wandering from place to place and never find a rest, wherever I locate myself  I lack the recognition of myself and the other forms who I perceive as strangers. And so my journey now begins anew.

That is why the inspiration of Jesus is so powerful in the idea: "Seek you first the Kingdom." That place He prepared and is a Timeless Ray of Light  waiting to be filled with those for whom it was designed.

This place, this mansion is already perfect and whole waiting to be filled with my acceptance of my brothers as myself. Jesus as the first man seeing the unreality of the thought-form of space/time did demonstrate only the truth that His Father is His creative source.

Jesus walked the talk, He never ever forgot the Love that is all there is for The Sons of God

The Father gives, the Son returns

It is hard to understand what "The Kingdom of Heaven is within you" really means. This is because it is not understandable to the ego, which interprets it as if something outside is inside, and this does not mean anything.

The word "within" is unnecessary. The Kingdom of Heaven is you. What else but you did the Creator create, and what else but you is His Kingdom?

This is the whole message of the Atonement; a message which in its totality transcends the sum of its parts. You, too, have a Kingdom that your spirit created.

It has not ceased to create because of the ego's illusions. Your creations are no more fatherless than you are.

Your ego and your spirit will never be co-creators, but your spirit and your Creator will always be. Be confident that your creations are as safe as you are.

The idea of a Miracles

The idea of a Miracle being a correction is simply an astonishing idea. That we as teachers of God have in our hand a manual that inspires us to use all happenings that we perceive as ourself.

The microcosm and the macrocosm, in or out

Ideas are given, ideas that are timeless vibrations, like the great rays that bring each one of us in a recognition a frame of Light, not of this world, in which all is revealed as new

Light and Power are one, and the language of this Course is a design that never bores ever renewes me because it is Life Itself

In all our memories lies the element of a collapse waiting to be asked: as Jesus said:"  Ask and you shall receive."
An action of mind in the willingness to be responsible for all events, situations, and cicumstances a vigilance that is sooo powerful that I am in the only dimension of time that has any meaning ...the idea of NOW
We use the ideas and to are immense surprise they work, they do the work to bring into our awareness the Grace of God, the Peace that passeth understanding. An awakening from the idea of not yet being ready to receive.

Miracles are teaching devices for demonstrating it is as blessed to give as to receive. They simultaneously increase the strength of the giver and supply strength to the receiver.

In preparing for the holy instant, do not attempt to make yourself holy to be ready to receive it.

That is but to confuse your role with God's. Atonement cannot come to those who think that they must first atone, but only to those who offer it nothing more than simple willingness to make way for it.

Purification is of God alone, and therefore for you. Rather than seek to prepare yourself for Him, try to think thus:


I who am host to God am worthy of Him. He Who established His dwelling place in me created it as He would have it be.


It is not needful that I make it ready for Him, but only that I do not interfere with His plan to restore to me my own awareness of my readiness, which is eternal.


I need add nothing to His plan. But to receive it, I must be willing not to substitute my own in place of it.

God is not a stranger

And so all I need to call His Name and there He Is.

The distance between Him and His Son is not there, it is an imagination, magic, a fabrication that is mindless, destruction and uncreative.

The Name of God spoken in that instant of Love for the Father is a sound that transcend all boundaries of space/time. 

All ideas respond in allignment in that name, a recognition of the Power-Love of the Father for His Sons.

How strange I once perceived a distance between God and myself, a barrier that held me in prison, roaming in repetition to find the door I could not remember, but also could not forget totally.

How grateful I am to have been given again and again ideas in the key of salvation, ACIM, a book with white paper and black letters that I can open and communication is restored in my awareness that bring me in ever widening experiences that God Is all there Is.

(manual for teachers) God indeed can be reached directly, for there is no distance between Him and His Son.
 
His awareness is in everyone's memory, and His Word is written on everyone's heart. Yet this awareness and this memory can arise across the threshold of recognition only where all barriers to truth have been removed. In how many is this the case?
 
Here, then, is the role of God's teachers. They, too, have not attained the necessary understanding as yet, but they have joined with others.
 
This is what sets them apart from the world. And it is this that enables others to leave the world with them. Alone they are nothing.
 
But in their joining is the Power of God.

time steps aside

The purpose of time is to enable you to learn how to use time constructively. (a miracle principle)

All Ideas in A Course in Miracles direct me to experience how I stretch the idea of time and space by the naming of the forms of the dream.

I am aware that in the varying naming I slow down or speed up but always in a narrow range unable to depart from that structure.

No matter what I tried in this dream I could not see that I was the barrier that the fabric of that expanding and collapsing structure itself was the prison.

How thrilling to be connected in an instant with that self-discovery of the ideas at the beginning  of chapter 10:

"Nothing beyond yourself can make you fearful or loving, because nothing is beyond you.

Time and eternity are both in your mind, and will conflict until you perceive time solely as a means to regain eternity.

You cannot do this as long as you believe that anything happening to you is caused by factors outside yourself.

You must learn that time is solely at your disposal, and that nothing in the world can take this responsibility from you. You can violate God's laws in your imagination, but you cannot escape from them.

They were established for your protection and are as inviolate as your safety.

To be in the 'NOW' in the action of being aware of the stretching and collapsing element of my mind in space and time. The speed in which I can be the responsibility of all the forms in my dream is the joy of Atonement.

Now I see I needed more forms of the denial of myself to increase the widening of my awareness. The Holy Spirit is ever vigilant to guide that idea and will bring each day plenty of opportunities to be amazed again how I am the limitation

Impersonal nature of Miracles

The impersonal nature of the miracle is an essential ingredient, because it enables me to direct its application, and under my guidance miracles lead to the highly personal experience of revelation.

The amazing idea of the impersonal nature of the Miracle as a collapse of time and space and all that it contained is in the awareness that the Universe is One.

Love does not know of personalities or individuals in the idea of separation that are struggling in the fabric of limited thoughts.

The Universe-God-truth only gives. His Son being the extension as the Miracle Worker is needed to extend this Love to all who he meets in his journey through space/time.

The Communication was never broken between God and His Sons. The lessons of acim workbook are the key to restore the awareness of that communication. A wonder of universal design .

The willingness to step back from the storms in my mind is now so attractive that it is ever a present action. I am invited  fromn Myself to myself to join with that rise in my consciousness to see a greater picture. The Brotherhood of man.

God's Voice speaks to me all through the day.

It is quite possible to listen to God's Voice all through the day without interrupting your regular activities in any way.

The part of your mind in which truth abides is in constant communication with God, whether you are aware of it or not. It is the other part of your mind that functions in the world and obeys the world's laws.
It is this part that is constantly distracted, disorganized and highly uncertain.


The part that is listening to the Voice for God is calm, always at rest and wholly certain. It is really the only part there is.

The other part is a wild illusion, frantic and distraught, but without reality of any kind.

Try today not to listen to it. Try to identify with the part of your mind where stillness and peace reign forever.

Try to hear God's Voice call to you lovingly, reminding you that your Creator has not forgotten His Son.

Some ideas from Ouspensky

Man is hypnotized to believe that he is awake but in reality man is sleeping even in the waking moments. As during the waking hours also man is dreaming about past or future.

There are two types of sleeps. First type of sleep is during the night and second type of sleep is our dream state in the waking hours when we continuously drift to past and future yet doing our day to day activity mechanically.

To fully awake means living in present moment all the time. One needs to be aware or present in all the action one does. Practically man is sleeping all the time.

Man needs a good shock to awake from this dream like state. But man is so fast asleep that one shock is not enough.

Man needs to be shocked continuously then only he can be awake. But who will provide this shock to man. As man is asleep he needs help from someone else to wake him.

But at the same time another sleeping person also needs help for himself. So one sleeping man can not provide shock to another sleeping man.

Man needs the help of some one who is awake and is ready to help sleeping people in their awakening.

But the man who is awake may not like to spend his time in waking up sleeping people as he may have much more important work to do.

More over those who can help, they wont prefer to spent energy on one single person as one who can help put a great value on their time and they would prefer to help when there are groups of people lets say twenty, or thirty people.

So one who is interested in awakening should look for other people who also want to awake and work together with them in an organized way. It may happen that one of them gets awake and then that person can help in awakening others.


This whole group work should be organized and it can be only done by one who knows the problems, aims of such a group and he himself has passed through the group work.

Every member of Group is chosen by the teacher with some specific aim and group should work according to the aim of the group as specified by the teacher. No group is possible with out a teacher.

Ideas leave not their source

The ideas as given in A Course in Miracles are timeless vibrations of the Love of God, the words are simply so designed that each individual takes from this source all that he wills to be true.

The difference lies not in the ideas, but in the teachers who receive and extend the ideas. Free Will leads to freedom.

The strenght of the Love of God lies in His Son. Extension, as undertaken by God, is similar to the inner radiance that the children of the Father inherit from Him.

This is as true of the Son as of the Father. In this sense the creation includes both the creation of the Son by God, and the Son's creations when his mind is healed. This requires God's endowment of the Son with free will, because all loving creation is freely given in one continuous line, in which all aspects are of the same order.

The many I's that I accepted in the dreams of a self  I made up in my seeming journey in space/time must be recognized again, a responsibility that at first seems impossible but with the action of the Holy Spirit ever present , becomes a constant and happy encounter with all that each day brings. A rebirth through the tranfer of ideas in a new communication.

All discomfort is either the physical, emmotional, or intelectual focus on a frame that is to dense, the attention demanded by the fragments of the past an isolation that must be recognized happily as to narrow.

It is in the willingness a priory to be lesson one "Nothing I see means anything" bringing only new pictures of wholeness as myself in the action of the Atonement principle.

Your resurrection is your reawakening. I am the model for rebirth, but rebirth itself is merely the dawning on your mind of what is already in it. God placed it there Himself, and so it is true forever.

I believed in it, and therefore accepted it as true for me. Help me to teach it to our brothers in the name of the Kingdom of God, but first believe that it is true for you, or you will teach amiss.

The World As Ideas

Ideas are forces of Light ever present to be accepted as a instant of self-recognition, a widening awareness of myself and the world I think I live in.

Each individual uses the ideas of A Course in Miracles in their own experience of where each one beliefs he exists in the dream.

What is a dream but an interpretation of an observation, a judgment that produced conflict. All conflict is a rejection of myself and the space I think I am in.

The powerful ideas of ACIM are timeless vibrations, ever giving to all who connects with its design to awaken from the sleep of ignorance. Awaken and be glad is the theme of the key that lies in every page of this document.

I am vigilante to use the ideas as given and not interprete against them, or for them,  in itself the ideas carry all that is needed for me to realize that I need do nothing. I am vigilant for God, and trust that the ideas are given in the exact form I need to remember who I am.

Teaching is done in many ways, above all by example. Teaching should be healing, because it is the sharing of ideas and the recognition that to share ideas is to strengthen them.

I cannot forget my need to teach what I have learned, which arose in me because I learned it. I call upon you to teach what you have learned, because by so doing you can depend on it.

Make it dependable in my name because my name is the Name of God's Son. What I learned I give you freely, and the Mind that was in me rejoices as you choose to hear it.

Beyond this world there is another world

Your kingdom is not of this world because it was given you from beyond this world.

Only in this world is the idea of an authority problem meaningful.

The world is not left by death but by truth, and truth can be known by all those for whom the Kingdom was created, and for whom it waits. (chapter 3)


It is difficult to understand that levels of teaching the universal course is a concept as meaningless in reality as is time.

The illusion of one permits the illusion of the other. In time, the teacher of God seems to begin to change his mind about the world with a single decision, and then learns more and more about the new direction as he teaches it.

We have covered the illusion of time already, but the illusion of levels of teaching seems to be something different.

Perhaps the best way to demonstrate that these levels cannot exist is simply to say that any level of the teaching-learning situation is part of God's plan for Atonement, and His plan can have no levels, being a reflection of His Will.

Salvation is always ready and always there. God's teachers work at different levels, but the result is always the same. (Manual for teachers)

Vision depends on light. You cannot see in darkness. Yet in darkness, in the private world of sleep, you see in dreams although your eyes are closed.

And it is here that what you see you made. But let the darkness go and all you made you will no longer see, for sight of it depends upon denying vision.

Yet from denying vision it does not follow you cannot see. But this is what denial does, for by it you accept insanity, believing you can make a private world and rule your own perception.

Yet for this, light must be excluded. Dreams disappear when light has come and you can see.

Reaching God

In the lessons of A Course in Miracles as Teachers of God we make contact with God, as Love, as Truth, as ourselves. Through prayer love is received.

First we reach for the idea of God and communicate our desire to be heard.

 It is from that action of contact, a single desire for the Father as our Source that an answer is received.

(from the manual for teachers) It has been asked and answered, and he keeps in constant contact with the Answer. He is set, and sees the road on which he walks stretch surely and smoothly before him.

A prayer is not complete until a contact has been made with God. This means when we have become actually conscious of the Presence of God, there is a feeling within us that God has declared Itself; God has made Itself evident in us.

Then be assured, there will be answered prayer!
The reason there is not answered prayer is that we are not reaching God. We must learn to “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and these things that you would pray for will be added unto you.

In quietness are all things answered, and is every problem quietly resolved. In conflict there can be no answer and no resolution, for its purpose is to make no resolution possible, and to ensure no answer will be plain.

A problem set in conflict has no answer, for it is seen in different ways. And what would be an answer from one point of view is not an answer in another light.

You are in conflict. Thus it must be clear you cannot answer anything at all, for conflict has no limited effects.

Yet if God gave an answer there must be a way in which your problems are resolved, for what He wills already has been done.

Thus it must be that time is not involved and every problem can be answered now. Yet it must also be that, in your state of mind, solution is impossible.

Therefore, God must have given you a way of reaching to another state of mind in which the answer is already there. Such is the holy instant.

The keys of the Kingdom

The Key to freedom is a powerful symbol used in our Course in Miracles to present only a total repsonsibility for the miracle worker.

No where to go, but to stand in that certainty that all is given already, and acceptance of these ideas in the lessons are the key to self-discovery immediatly and accomplished.

No matter the event, situation, condition in which I seem to be located it is what it is. Cal it forgiveness, healing, salvation it is still a paradox as God does not know of form or location.

The simplicity of these tremendous ideasof the lessons are a formula that only inspires awe and joy of this gift, the Grace of God.

(chapter 14) The happy learner meets the conditions of learning here, as he meets the conditions of knowledge in the Kingdom.

All this lies in the Holy Spirit's plan to free you from the past, and open up the way to freedom for you. For truth is true. What else could ever be, or ever was?

This simple lesson holds the key to the dark door that you believe is locked forever. You made this door of nothing, and behind it is nothing.

The key is only the light that shines away the shapes and forms and fears of nothing.

Accept this key to freedom from the hands of Christ Who gives it to you, that you may join Him in the holy task of bringing light. For, like your brothers, you do not realize the light has come and freed you from the sleep of darkness.

Today is your day to receive all new

Each day is whole and complete, nothing to be added or taken away. What peace and freedom lies in that idea. There is no repetition in God and also then not in His Son.

The idea of repetition is an idea that something could be repaired which is hilarious if I remember that God only gives. I am renewed in His Love. 

In the idea of the separation must have sprang the idea of repetition and so how endless seems the journey when I try to become something I will never be.

No wonder the idea of fear had to come in to wake me up.

In chapter 12 of A Course in Miracles it gives me this idea:"  By interpreting fear correctly as a positive affirmation of the underlying belief it masks, you are undermining its perceived usefulness by rendering it useless.

Defenses that do not work at all are automatically discarded. If you raise what fear conceals to clear-cut unequivocal predominance, fear becomes meaningless.

(from the epilogue) Let us go out and meet the newborn world, knowing that Christ has been reborn in it, and that the holiness of this rebirth will last forever.

We had lost our way but He has found it for us. Let us go and bid Him welcome Who returns to us to celebrate salvation and the end of all we thought we made.

The morning star of this new day looks on a different world where God is welcomed and His Son with Him. We who complete Him offer thanks to Him, as He gives thanks to us.

The Son is still, and in the quiet God has given him enters his home and is at peace at last.

A Holographic picture

In lesson 331 of the workbook I read and see the picture in my mind, an instant of wholeness:

"That conflict is sleep, and peace awakening" which reminds me in that recognition: "How simple is salvation"

I am willing to be responsible for the idea of conflict instantly when a memory rises to the surface...AGH there you are welcome home! I am no longer arresting this experience and wake up to an instant of self-awareness, a  holographic picture,

All discomfort I could experience is because the picture of myself is linear in bits and pieces ....and not holographic and expanding

In Lesson 332 it gives me : "Truth never makes attack. It merely is." When I stand in the peace of God.
 I am corrected immediatly, cause and effect are simultaneously, from the idea that something needs adjusting.

A Course in Miracles is a key to remember how my mind seem to function in space and time, a third dimension that gives pictures in linear sequences ever going no-where, walking to a land that does not exist.

(chapter 28) Nothing at all has happened but that you have put yourself to sleep, and dreamed a dream in which you were an alien to yourself, and but a part of someone else's dream.

The miracle does not awaken you, but merely shows you who the dreamer is. It teaches you there is a choice of dreams while you are still asleep, depending on the purpose of your dreaming.

Do you wish for dreams of healing, or for dreams of death? A dream is like a memory in that it pictures what you wanted shown to you.



An empty storehouse, with an open door, holds all your shreds of memories and dreams.
 
Yet if you are the dreamer, you perceive this much at least: That you have caused the dream, and can accept another dream as well.
 
But for this change in content of the dream, it must be realized that it is you who dreamed the dreaming that you do not like. It is but an effect that you have caused, and you would not be cause of this effect.

What remains as unreceived has not been given, but what has been given must have been received.

The world will end when its thought system has been completely reversed.

The reversal of thinking as presented in A Course in Miracles is a most astonishing and simple gift to myself when I am willing to place my thoughts under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is not a separate symbol outside of me, but as I Am in that action of willingness to share with my brother the Miracle of Light-of the Atonement principle-

The Atonement is a total commitment .

This Course is God's design to reverse all ideas held in bondage: " My thoughts are images that I have made" as in Lesson 15, gives me the power of decision to accept myself as God created me. All images that cause a discomfort are recognized as another gift to remember who I Am. Each instant a renewing.


(chapter 28) Without a cause there can be no effects, and yet without effects there is no cause.

The cause a cause is made by its effects; the Father is a Father by His Son. Effects do not create their cause, but they establish its causation.

Thus, the Son gives Fatherhood to his Creator, and receives the gift that he has given Him.

It is because he is God's Son that he must also be a father, who creates as God created him. The circle of creation has no end. Its starting and its ending are the same.

But in itself it holds the universe of all creation, without beginning and without an end.



Fatherhood is creation. Love must be extended. Purity is not confined. It is the nature of the innocent to be forever uncontained, without a barrier or limitation.

This strange world

When I find myself moving around in all the spaces of this strange world I am rather amused by its vistas, its games it plays, I am no longer in discomfort, but see its nature.

In chapter 2 to of A Course in Miracles it says: "Discomfort is aroused only to bring the need for correction into awareness."

Once I see how this large organism functions how it is connected as a gigantic energy field to each and every form I am amazed and delighted how it still gives me memories of a tremendous dimension beyond it all.

Freedom to me is to be in the forgiven world.

As I am witnessing the tip of an iceberg in the spectrum of consciousness,  as mankind, now it simply demonstrates the tremendous power of love that moves it all. All that occurs is to the advantage of everyone to awaken.

Discomfort occurs only if I think that the tip is all there is, that narrow idea brings immediatly an awareness of such limitation that it is not surprising it is fearful.

Space and time is what fear is and as teachers of God we witness only to its unreality by raising our mind to a larger frame-God Is.

Heaven remains your one alternative to this strange world you made and all its ways; its shifting patterns and uncertain goals, its painful pleasures and its tragic joys.

God made no contradictions. What denies its own existence and attacks itself is not of Him.

He did not make two minds, with Heaven as the glad effect of one, and earth the other's sorry outcome which is Heaven's opposite in every way.



God does not suffer conflict. Nor is His creation split in two. How could it be His Son could be in hell, when God Himself established him in Heaven?
 
Could he lose what the Eternal Will has given him to be his home forever? Let us not try longer to impose an alien will upon
 
God's single purpose. He is here because He wills to be, and what He wills is present now, beyond the reach of time. (lesson 131)

Dreamer and dream

In Cape Town its diversity of dreams and dreamers is its strenght, and is a alluring experience to have been part of for a lenght of time.

Its nature in myriad of forms ever surprises with its beauty and touch of the Divine splendor.

As if woken from the from the colonial times in Africa there is a relaxed attitude each one accept the role they where alloted and does what it is asked to do.

Its people, Black's, Colored's, the Muslims, the Zulu's, the Indians and the Whites, all are a wide spectrum constantly mingling and surprisingly in harmony how they go about in their movements.



The variety of sounds in language makes it ever so alive, one need not understand the words to hear the vibration and see the pictures that are given away. Each seems to know everyone in a constant greeting or shaking hands like one large family.

Women dressed in the brightest colors, long skirts, their babys swinging on the back of mama, while they sell all kinds of wares or carry stuff on their head, tasks that make me faint in the heat of the day.

This world is but the dream that you can be alone, and think without affecting those apart from you. To be alone must mean you are apart, and if you are, you cannot but be sick.

This seems to prove that you must be apart. Yet all it means is that you tried to keep a promise to be true to faithlessness. Yet faithlessness is sickness. It is like the house set upon straw.

It seems to be quite solid and substantial in itself. Yet its stability cannot be judged apart from its foundation. If it rests on straw, there is no need to bar the door and lock the windows and make fast the bolts.

The wind will topple it, and rain will come and carry it into oblivion.

For there is but one Self.

The constant reminder in every aspect of space and time is that I am oneself, is that joy I cannot loose, it is possible to forget but even that idea is part and parcel of self-awareness in all the dream-sequences.

Awakening is a constant Neti, Neti an action of pure happiness, no longer caught in that web of analyzing those concepts I seem to live in...more like dreaming a strange and weird dream

 Blessed is the Son of God whose radiance is of his Father, and whose glory he wills to share as his Father shares it with him.

There is no condemnation in the Son, for there is no condemnation in the Father.

Sharing the perfect Love of the Father the Son must share what belongs to Him, for otherwise he will not know the Father or the Son. Peace be unto you who rest in God, and in whom the whole Sonship rests.

Blessings

"Rest in peace" is a blessing for the living, not the dead, because rest comes from waking, not from sleeping. Sleep is withdrawing; waking is joining.

Dreams are illusions of joining, because they reflect the ego's distorted notions about what joining is.

Yet the Holy Spirit, too, has use for sleep, and can use dreams on behalf of waking if you will let Him.

In any instant I can remember I am blessed, this morning sitting by the river with my bowl of paw-paw, I see the water families with their off-spring these tiny ducks and other water fowls that so wonderfully demonstrating the blessings all around me.

These tiny creature staying close to their parents bobbing on the flow of the water, are a sight to behold, at the slightest idea of intrussion they move as a closed unit, away to another shore.

Next to the waters edge is a large willow tree who bows ever gracefully in the wind, to speak of the love of God, and overhead in the sky all that flies dives and rises on that flow of blessings that invites again and again the source of all that is.

I was created as the thing I seek.

I am the goal the world is searching for. I am God's Son, His one eternal Love. I am salvation's means and end as well. (lesson 318)

This idea in itself is a tremendous power. There is nowhere to go but to be exactly where I find myself, physically, emmotionally, intelectually. The action of acceptance, a portal of departure.

Each Teacher of God I meet is my brother and tells a story. awakening is a story twice told, the first in judgment-now in the joy of self-recognition..

Where I turn in this fabric of dreaming I see myself and am no longer confussed by the forms of dreaming.

Time and Space are what conflict is, so there is no need to be afraid of fear as it is in the acceptance of the observation of my interpretation a dream that I know what it is NOT...Thats all!  Netti, Netti...

(chapter 4) Your own state of mind is a good example of how the ego was made. When you threw knowledge away it is as if you never had it.

This is so apparent that one need only recognize it to see that it does happen. If this occurs in the present, why is it surprising that it occurred in the past?

Surprise is a reasonable response to the unfamiliar, though hardly to something that occurs with such persistence.

But do not forget that the mind need not work that way, even though it does work that way now.

Mind is not a wanderer by nature

Would you remain within your tiny kingdom, a sorry king, a bitter ruler of all that he surveys, who looks on nothing yet who would still die to defend it?

The minds thirst for happiness is like a bee searching for honey in the flowers it will dart about untill it finds the flower and aligns on it. It has found what it is designed to seek.

And so my mind will seek for that place of rest as that is what it is designed to do. Only in God does it remember its rest and is home.

An untrained mind can accomplish nothing and so the daily lessons of the workbook are its directive impulse:" I Rest In God"

The power of decision is then an action again and again to bring the mind as a mechanism of decision to return to that simple idea, and then by the grace of God, mind stays where it belongs and functions perfectly in all stuations, events, circumstances from that point of rest.

(lesson 188) We take our wandering thoughts, and gently bring them back to where they fall in line with all the thoughts we share with God. We will not let them stray. We let the light within our minds direct them to come home.

We have betrayed them, ordering that they depart from us. But now we call them back, and wash them clean of strange desires and disordered wishes. We restore to them the holiness of their inheritance.

And thus he wanders aimlessly about, in search of something that he cannot find, believing that he is what he is not.God's Son is indeed in need of comfort, for he knows not what he does, believing his will is not his own. The Kingdom is his, and yet he wanders homeless.

At home in God he is lonely, and amid all his brothers he is friendless. Would God let this be real, when He did not will to be alone Himself? And if your will is His it cannot be true of you, because it is not true of Him.

Cape Town an amazing diversity

The colored people here in Cape Town are amazingly cheerful. While walking everyone will great you with a nod. In the trains conversations are at a pitch it is impolite to whisper.

They shake hands solemly when anyone enters they know, which looks like everyone..

The babies are so adorable hanging in a wrapping at the back of their mother and taking it all in their stride. Boredom and dullness are not part of their stories, and each one seems to know everyone they greet and laugh as if part of an imense family.

The trains are an endless entertainment, singers walk through from wagon to wagon, and the sellers of ice-cream, drinks and chips are amazing how they balance their wares while the train rattles on ...

Taxis are mini busses and at intersections the co-driver shouts the destination which amazes me as I have no idea what it is, but people run and get in...

I take one of those mini-busses sometimes to sea-point as I know where to catch it ..the trick is that they prefer a full bus before departing, and just when you think no other body fits possible, no they squash another one in.... money is the ruling factor.

God be your life – then It lives, acts, performs, and IS your very being.

Unless A Course in Miracles startles me, something to open my eyes to a past ideas of a mistake, something to lead me into a higher or a deeper contact with God, then this book is not going to serve my purpose and function

Not the known but the unknown is the disrupted element.

The points that are familiar to me are not nearly as important as those things that are strange because it is in those strange moments of loosing my identity that I find the specific parts of the message that are the most helpful to me.

It is with a sense of total anticipation that I open this message of myself to Myself to be inspired, a new day is born, a new world waiting to be acknowledged.

The quiet light in which the Holy Spirit dwells within you is merely perfect openness, in which nothing is hidden and therefore nothing is fearful.

Attack will always yield to love if it is brought to love, not hidden from it. There is no darkness that the light of love will not dispel, unless it is concealed from love's beneficence.

What is kept apart from love cannot share its healing power, because it has been separated off and kept in darkness. The sentinels of darkness watch over it carefully, and you who made these guardians of illusion out of nothing are now afraid of them.



Would you continue to give imagined power to these strange ideas of safety? They are neither safe nor unsafe.
 
They do not protect; neither do they attack. They do nothing at all, being nothing at all. As guardians of darkness and of ignorance look to them only for fear, for what they keep obscure is fearful.
 
But let them go, and what was fearful will be so no longer.
 
Without protection of obscurity only the light of love remains, for only this has meaning and can live in light. Everything else must disappear.
