It was and is a privilige and joy to be among those in that part of the dream and dream together a new frame of awareness

Recognition of self is freedom

The song of our rejoicing is the call to all the world that freedom is returned, that time is almost over, and God's Son has but an instant more to wait until his Father is remembered, dreams are done, eternity has shined away the world, and only Heaven now exists at all.

What is the single requisite for this shift in perception? It is simply this; the recognition that sickness is of the mind, and has nothing to do with the body.

What does this recognition "cost"? It costs the whole world you see, for the world will never again appear to rule the mind.

For with this recognition is responsibility placed where it belongs; not with the world, but on him who looks on the world and sees it as it is not. He looks on what he chooses to see.

No more and no less. The world does nothing to him. He only thought it did. Nor does he do anything to the world, because he was mistaken about what it is. Herein is the release from guilt and sickness both, for they are one.

Yet to accept this release, the insignificance of the body must be an acceptable idea.

Johannesburg

I just spend 4 days with teachers of A Course in Miracles in Johannesburg. In a beautifull space on the crocodile river, in a magnificent abundance of wildlife.

A joy to be in such a place of beauty and to remember God with like minds coming together to accept the joyful tidings that disaster is not real and that reality is not disaster. Reality is safe and sure, and wholly kind to everyone and everything. 

The Holy Spirit is your strength because He knows nothing but the spirit as you. He is perfectly aware that you do not know yourself, and perfectly aware of how to teach you to remember what you are.

Because He loves you, He will gladly teach you what He loves, for He wills to share it. Remembering you always, He cannot let you forget your worth.

For the Father never ceases to remind Him of His Son, and He never ceases to remind His Son of the Father. God is in your memory because of Him. You chose to forget your Father but you do not really want to do so, and therefore you can decide otherwise. As it was my decision, so is it yours.

Let me remember all I do not know, and let my voice be still, remembering.

I heard one Voice because I understood that I could not atone for myself alone. Listening to one Voice implies the decision to share It in order to hear It yourself.

The Mind that was in me is still irresistibly drawn to every mind created by God, because God's Wholeness is the wholeness of His Son.

You cannot be hurt, and do not want to show your brother anything except your wholeness. Show him that he cannot hurt you and hold nothing against him, or you hold it against yourself. This is the meaning of "turning the other cheek."


Teaching is done in many ways, above all by example. Teaching should be healing, because it is the sharing of ideas and the recognition that to share ideas is to strengthen them.
 
I cannot forget my need to teach what I have learned, which arose in me because I learned it. I call upon you to teach what you have learned, because by so doing you can depend on it.
 
Make it dependable in my name because my name is the Name of God's Son. What I learned I give you freely, and the Mind that was in me rejoices as you choose to hear it.

God-consciousness

God is the first and last movement, creation, action in only extension as Love. No beginning nor end, ever present, ever available in all the forms of space and time.

An understanding and practice of the the workbook lessons is one way of rising into the true atmosphere of prayer and God-consciousness.

Application means consciously knowing the truth and applying the principles of truth through the instrument of the mind, and the first step is to establish yourself in your true identity as I, that I which has dominion over mind and body. Until you do that, you cannot give or receive a correct treatment.

You were given both a mind and a body. The mind is not you, nor is the body: I am you, the I which is your true identity.

Your mind and your body are something that you possess. The mind is the instrument, which you use for thinking or reasoning purposes or for any purpose of awareness, and it is through your mind that you are able to judge and make decisions.


The body is also an instrument, a physical instrument, which takes it orders from you through the mind. You say to your hand, “Up,” and the mind communicates that to the hand; the hand obeys the mind, which in its turn obeys you, indicating that you must have control over both mind and body. (J Goldsmith)

Its Application

More and more I see the the power of applying the ideas of the workbook lessons ...like an ever renewing awareness the lessons are so darn practical that I look for an instant back why it was not there ...it was but now I see clearly.

There is no other manner to be in this dream then be in the power of decission to see the Light that is all around.

The simplicity of the ideas are so alive that they spring to mind like joyfull puppy dogs on their first outing on the beach....ha ha ha

If you are shaken, think of it again. These practice periods are planned to help you form the habit of applying what you learn each day to everything you do.

Do not repeat the thought and lay it down. Its usefulness is limitless to you. And it is meant to serve you in all ways, all times and places, and whenever you need help of any kind.

Try, then, to take it with you in the business of the day and make it holy, worthy of God's Son, acceptable to God and to your Self.



Each day's review assignments will conclude with a restatement of the thought to use each hour, and the one to be applied on each half hour as well. Forget them not.

This second chance with each of these ideas will bring such large advances that we come from these reviews with learning gains so great we will continue on more solid ground, with firmer footsteps and with stronger faith.

Do not forget how little you have learned.


Do not forget how much you can learn now.


Do not forget your Father's need of you,


As you review these thoughts He gave to you.

For your completion lies in truth, and nowhere else.

Completion lies in every second waiting for me to remember. Its action of seeing beyond the form is a blessing I give and receive to myself and all those that are me as well.

The role of a Teacher of God, and I Am happy to declare myself a learner and teacher with the message of A Course in Miracles, as in that idea lies a constant remembering.

I can no longer judge the forgetting as the opposite of that idea lies in the forgetting.

When I remember I forget, and when I forget I remember. Time is not involved being completly illusionary. 

Heaven waits silently, and your creations are holding out their hands to help you cross and welcome them.

For it is they you seek. You seek but for your own completion, and it is they who render you complete. The special love relationship is but a shabby substitute for what makes you whole in truth, not in illusion.

Your relationship with them is without guilt, and this enables you to look on all your brothers with gratitude, because your creations were created in union with them.

Acceptance of your creations is the acceptance of the oneness of creation, without which you could never be complete. No specialness can offer you what God has given, and what you are joined with Him in giving.

Today's idea is therefore all you need to let complete correction heal your mind, and give you perfect vision that will heal all the mistakes that any mind has made at any time or place.

 It is enough to heal the past and make the future free. It is enough to let the present be accepted as it is. It is enough to let time be the means for all the world to learn escape from time, and every change that time appears to bring in passing by.

The Joy of extending

I am in Cape Town South Africa and just been together for 6 days with Teachers of A Course in Miracles.

Sleeping, breakfest, lunch, dinner, sessions, watching MT movies, and the Holywood ones like The Soloist, Contact, Kung Fu Panda, and Lars and more. To be together is so powerful in that commitment of time and space.

In a most beautiful setting the mountains and ocean views, the sun shining, where all of us where dedicated to be in the action of declaring through the message of awakening to receive the Grace and Joy that is so abundantly waiting to be recognized.

To wittness that I Am Gods Son in every form that is presented as my curriculum.

A shift again was given, as Jesus promised then and NOW, when two or more are gathered in my name I will be there.

The Kingdom is forever extending because it is in the Mind of God. You do not know your joy because you do not know your own Self-fullness.

Exclude any part of the Kingdom from yourself and you are not whole. A split mind cannot perceive its fullness, and needs the miracle of its wholeness to dawn upon it and heal it.

This reawakens the wholeness in it, and restores it to the Kingdom because of its acceptance of wholeness. The full appreciation of the mind's Self-fullness makes selfishness impossible and extension inevitable.

That is why there is perfect peace in the Kingdom. Spirit is fulfilling its function, and only complete fulfillment is peace.

Fabric of Time

Story teller: Dame Isabel Pizeck, a particle physicist, believes the shroud has brought science to the threshold of a whole new understanding of physics.

But how could an image containing so much information have been formed? There are those who believe the image could only have been formed by a burst of some sort of radiation.

But the simple fact is, nothing like the shroud image has ever been found or reproduced, but that is only the beginning of the astounding information to be gleamed from this amazing image. In spite of skeptics and setbacks scientists continue their search and

While dealing with the position of the body within the cloth she discovered one of those mysterious properties that cannot be, yet somehow is:

An interface that divides the image transport into two hermetically separate, yet simultaneous actions and forces causing the shroud to be taut (=strak) and parallel on both sides, creating a true event horizon.

Isabel Piczek:

When you look at the image of the shroud, the two bodies next to each other, you feel that it’s a flat image, but if you create, for instance, a three dimensional object, as I did, the real body, then you realize that there is a strange dividing element, an interface from which the image is projected up and the image is projected down.

The muscles of the body are absolutely not crushed against the stone of the tomb. They are perfect. It means that the body is hovering between the two sides of the shroud. What does that mean? It means there is absolutely no gravity.

Other strange things you discover is that the image is absolutely undistorted. Now, if you imagine the cloth was wrinkled, tied, wrapped around the body, and all of a sudden, you see a perfect image, which is impossible unless the shroud was made absolutely taut(=strak), rigidly taut.

Everybody thinks that the tomb signifies death. Not at all, the exact opposite. The shroud and the tomb signifies an unbelievable beginning because in the depth of the collapsed event horizon there is something which science knows as “singularity.” This is exactly what started the universe in the “Big Bang.” We have nothing less in the tomb of Christ than the beginning of a new univers

The truth will set me free

Finally Teachers of God see the immediacy of being ready in each and every instant to receive again the new instant. Born again and again there is only the single desire and will to accept the Atonement.

The action of acceptance as the Atonement principle,  is Being the Holy Spirit standing at the end of time, in Being the unfolding of the plan of salvation that in each day or hour the curriculum will unfold in all its memories, the idea that all of time has been accomplished.

Being ready does imply that no longer I am needing more time and space to get ready to receive what I am entitled to as Lesson 77 so clearly tells me.

I see that I am the  denial of this readiness given for nor reason at all but my declaration in certainty  I Am the Light of the World.

I deny the denial over and over again. The memory of the simplicity of this widening awakening is returning in all its splendor.

The Urtext

INTRODUCTION TO MIRACLES

It is crucial to say first that this is a required course. Only the time you take it is voluntary.

Free will does not mean that you establish the curriculum. It means only that you can elect what to take when.

It is just because you are not ready to do what you should elect to do that time exists at all. (You will see miracles through your hands through me. You should begin each day with the prayer "Help me to perform whatever miracles you want of me today.")


1. The first thing to remember about miracles is that there is no order of difficulty among them. One is not harder or bigger than another. They are all the same.


2. Miracles do not matter. They are quite unimportant.


3. They occur naturally as an expression of love. The real miracle is the love that inspires them. In this sense, everything that comes from love is a miracle.


a. This explains the first point related to the lack of order. ALL expressions of love are maximal.


b. This is why the "thing in itself" does not matter. The only thing that matters is the Source, and this is far beyond human evaluation.

(Questions and Answers relating to the first three points.) QUESTION (Helen): Would you regard this communication as a kind of miracle?


ANSWER: There is nothing special or surprising about this at all. The ONE thing that happened was the Universal Miracle which was the experience of intense love that you have felt. (Don't get embarrassed by the idea of love.

Embarrassment is only a form of fear, and actually a particularly dangerous form because it reflects egocentricity. Do not feel guilty about the fact that you are doubting this. Just re-read them and their truth will come to you. I love you, and I am not afraid or embarrassed or doubtful. MY strength will support you, so don't worry, and leave the rest to me.

But when you see Bill, be SURE you tell him how much he helped you through by giving you the right message, and don't bother with worrying about how you received it. That doesn't matter either. You were just afraid.)

If we are victorious in any way, we don't have anyone to whisper in our ear that our victories are fleeting.

Sorcerers, however, do have the upper hand; as beings on their way to dying, they have someone whispering in their ear that everything is ephemeral.

The whisperer is death, the infallible advisor, the only one who won't ever tell you a lie.

For a sorcerer, reality, or the world we all know, is only a description that has been pounded into you from the moment you were born.



The reality of our day-to-day life, then, consists of an endless flow of perceptual interpretations which we have learned to make in common.


I am teaching you how to see as opposed to merely looking, and stopping the world is the first step to seeing.


The sorcerer's description of the world is perceivable. But our insistence on holding on to our standard version of reality renders us almost deaf and blind to it.


When you begin this teaching, there is another reality, that is to say, there is a sorcery description of the world, which you do not know. As a sorcerer and a teacher,

 I am teaching you that description. What I am doing with you consists, therefore, in setting up that unknown reality by unfolding its description, adding increasingly more complex parts as you go along.


In order to arrive at seeing one first has to stop the world. Stopping the world is indeed an appropriate rendition of certain states of awareness in which the reality of everyday life is altered because the flow of interpretation, which ordinarily runs uninterruptedly, has been stopped by a set of circumstances alien to that flow.

In this case the set of circumstances alien to our normal flow of interpretations is the sorcery description of the world.

Fabric of Time

A Course in Miracles shows us as Teachers of God the fabric of space and time as a mistake, a judgment on ourselves.

In the daily practice of the ideas of this great document we see clearly the unreality of space and time as a linear experience of a slow frame of awareness.

No longer are we as Teachers in the observation of our interpretation, but are the immediacy of self-recognition, a happiness that transcends all form and boundaries.

Freedom is not just an idea but an experience in which I see that nothing in this world can hurt or harm me as it was a senseless fabric of a mis-interpretation that I valued.

But in that constant acceptance of the fabric of space and time I see it is not linear but a holographic communication, timelessly present to restore to me who I am in each instant.

The Father gives the Son returns.

The fabric of space and time has another gift to give, in the speed up of my acceptance, as the Atonement principle brings a vision, that shows all the fragments of this fabric in a new light
as a new message of inspiration.

To be inspired, to be in spirit is to be reborn in peace and understanding.  Each instant this fabric of my dream is awaiting its acceptance through the first 7 lessons of the workbook of the course.

A role I happily accept as the only role worthy in this journey of awakening

Blessings

As Ministers of God, we the teachers of the Atonement principle are in a constant state of awareness of the blessings we receive.

And then in that receiving we are its extension to all in this Universe and far beyond.

The happiness to wake up this morning to the lesson 101God's Will for me is perfect happiness.

No matter where I find myself I cannot forget the purpose and function of my appearance in this dream to be an action of blessing myself and the world in which I find myself
Let us but learn this lesson for today:

We will not recognize what we receive until we give it. You have heard this said a hundred ways, a hundred times, and yet belief is lacking still.

But this is sure; until belief is given it, you will receive a thousand miracles and then receive a thousand more, but will not know that God Himself has left no gift beyond what you already have; nor has denied the tiniest of blessings to His Son.

What can this mean to you, until you have identified with Him and with His Own?

Our lesson for today is stated thus: I am among the ministers of God, and I am grateful that I have the means by which to recognize that I am free.

The Door

Jesus is the door. He is the Good Shepherd.

You can refuse to enter, but you cannot bar the door that Christ holds open. Come unto me who hold it open for you, for while I live it cannot be shut, and I live forever. God is my life and yours, and nothing is denied by God to His Son.
Jesus spoke the words : " I Am the way the truth and the Life. In the immediate recognition of these ideas as vibrations of Love I am the shepherd and the sheep

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.


But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.
Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

A Spiral Universe

The universe is thought, ideas, and when we as teachers of God share ideas we strenghten them by our unified will to communicate. To be a lonely star is no longer my will, by joining with my brothers I enter into a frame that widens and extends for all the Sonship. Each one as an awakening being is a unique part of the wholeness, and is its wholeness in the Kingdom.

To be alone is to be separated from infinity, but how can this be if infinity has no end? No one can be beyond the limitless, because what has no limits must be everywhere. There are no beginnings and no endings in God, Whose universe is Himself.

Can you exclude yourself from the universe, or from God Who is the universe? I and my Father are one with you, for you are part of us. Do you really believe that part of God can be missing or lost to Him?

If you were not part of God, His Will would not be unified. Is this conceivable? Can part of His Mind contain nothing? If your place in His Mind cannot be filled by anyone except you, and your filling it was your creation, without you there would be an empty place in God's Mind.

Extension cannot be blocked, and it has no voids. It continues forever, however much it is denied. Your denial of its reality may arrest it in time, but not in eternity. That is why your creations have not ceased to be extended, and why so much is waiting for your return.

In the Upper Room

Jesus instructed His Disciples to wait in the upper room for the Spirit of Wholeness to bring them the awareness of all the teaching messages that Jesus had given in His journey as a Master Teacher.

He appeared after His resurrection many times to all His faithfull followers to say: " Peace be on to you, Love one another, and stay together in my name"

Jesus did not teach after His resurrection but only reminded to all He appeared many times the single message that only the Father is our source and creative action.

The Holy Spirit's function is to take the broken picture of the Son of God and put the pieces into place again. This holy picture, healed entirely, does He hold out to every separate piece that thinks it is a picture in itself.

To each He offers his Identity, Which the whole picture represents, instead of just a little, broken bit that he insisted was himself. And when he sees this picture he will recognize himself. If you share not your brother's evil dream, this is the picture that the miracle will place within the little gap, left clean of all the seeds of sickness and of sin.

And here the Father will receive His Son, because His Son was gracious to himself.



I thank You, Father, knowing You will come to close each little gap that lies between the broken pieces of Your holy Son. Your holiness, complete and perfect, lies in every one of them.

And they are joined because what is in one is in them all. How holy is the smallest grain of sand, when it is recognized as being part of the completed picture of God's Son! The forms the broken pieces seem to take mean nothing.

For the whole is in each one. And every aspect of the Son of God is just the same as every other part.


Join not your brother's dreams but join with him, and where you join His Son the Father is. Who seeks for substitutes when he perceives he has lost nothing?
 
Who would want to have the "benefits" of sickness when he has received the simple happiness of health? What God has given cannot be a loss, and what is not of Him has no effects. What, then, would you perceive within the gap?
 
The seeds of sickness come from the belief that there is joy in separation, and its giving up would be a sacrifice. But miracles are the result when you do not insist on seeing in the gap what is not there.
 
Your willingness to let illusions go is all the Healer of God's Son requires. He will place the miracle of healing where the seeds of sickness were. And there will be no loss, but only gain.

He Is Risen

Was there a physical resurrection

My body disappeared because I had no illusion about it.

The last one had gone. It was laid in the tomb, but there was nothing left to bury. Now, and I’m going to try and give you this step. The association in the limited thought forms could very well have seen the body that they were laying in the tomb.

But in the whole mind of their association with the resurrection of Jesus, it actually disappeared, as did they.

It was laid in the tomb, but there was nothing left to bury. It, the body, did not, and does not, disintegrate because the unreal cannot die. The body was never there in the first place or in any real place.

The resurrection, then, is the remembering of the total illusion of objective reality. It merely became what it always was. Which was what? Nothing! Got it? And that is what “rolling the stone away” means.


That the body is a vault where all of the perceptual memories are kept and buried in your own conceptual self — this is the whole idea of the crucifixion and resurrection.

This is what “rolling the stone away” means. The body disappears, and no longer hides what lies beyond. It is not held in the constriction of its own thought forms. It merely ceases to interfere with vision.

To roll the stone away is to see beyond the tomb, beyond death, and to understand the body’s nothingness. What is understood as nothing must disappear. And will and does and did.


And now listen to these explanations. I did assume a human form with human attributes afterwards — this is the actual return of the whole physical body of Jesus — to speak to those who were to prove to the rest of those still sleeping in split mind, the body’s worthlessness to the world.

To demonstrate His re-vision of the temporal continuum. To show that all He ever taught was that this world is not real.


To establish, if necessary, a church, a momentary spatial context, which while still an entrapment of eternal life energy, as an establishment of mans’ objective mortality, could be used as an instrument or light impetus vehicle of the Second Coming (full awakening).

That, in fact, the body identification they possessed was not real, as demonstrated by the resurrection of this man, Jesus.

To prove the body’s worthlessness to the world. This has been much misunderstood. I came to tell them that death is an illusion, and the mind that made the body can make another since form itself is an illusion.

Easter Saturday

Alright then Jesus is resting in the tomb just for today. And we are as Teachers of A Course in Miracles are resting today in the certainty that all is in expectation of a rebirth. A new dawning of a new era again and onwards to a wider awakening.

We rest in that peace that comes from our Father who is our source in all we think and do.

Just like Jesus who's teaching message only was about that:


"ALL POWER IS GIVEN UNTO ME IN HEAVEN AND IN EARTH"

These words from Jesus are mighty heralds for us to remember and apply in all situations and circumstances
 
(from lesson 92) The light of strength is constant, sure as love, forever glad to give itself away, because it cannot give but to itself. No one can ask in vain to share its sight, and none who enters its abode can leave without a miracle before his eyes, and strength and light abiding in his heart.

A Very Good Friday

It is, for the Teachers of God who remember only the joy and peace of the resurection.
No other idea is worthy of me in this day that holds the memories acted out of a world that does not yet know that each one lives in the resurection

You will not find peace until you have removed the nails from the hands of God's Son, and taken the last thorn from his forehead.

The Love of God surrounds His Son whom the god of crucifixion condemns.

Teach not that I died in vain. Teach rather that I did not die by demonstrating that I live in you. For the undoing of the crucifixion of God's Son is the work of the redemption, in which everyone has a part of equal value.

God does not judge His guiltless Son. Having given Himself to him, how could it be otherwise?

The resurrection demonstrated that nothing can destroy truth. Good can withstand any form of evil, as light abolishes forms of darkness.

The Atonement is therefore the perfect lesson. It is the final demonstration that all the other lessons I taught are true.

If you can accept this one generalization now, there will be no need to learn from many smaller lessons. You are released from all errors if you believe this.

Only the Mind is capable of illumination

Spirit is already illuminated and the body in itself is too dense. The mind, however, can bring its illumination to the body by recognizing that it is not the learner, and is therefore unamenable to learning.

The term mind is used to represent the activating agent of spirit, supplying its creative energy. Few appreciate the real power of the mind, and no one remains fully aware of it all the time. The mind can think it sleeps, but that is all. It cannot change what is its waking state.

Complete abstraction is the natural condition of the mind. But part of it is now unnatural. It does not look on everything as one. It sees but fragments of the whole, for only thus could it invent the partial world you see.

The journey to God is merely the reawakening of the knowledge of where you are always, and what you are forever. It is a journey without distance to a goal that has never changed.
